Started in the summer of 2004 to draw on the musical spirit that exists under the shadows of the majestic Teton mountains, Targhee Fest is the ultimate all-around mountain lifestyle and music festival in the Rockies.

Targhee Fest occurs in a majestic high-alpine setting at 7,800 feet that is just steps away from the village of Grand Targhee Resort in Alma, Wyo., where you can have comfortable lodging accommodations, great dining, lift serviced hiking and biking and full service shopping – with camping only a few more short steps away from the main music venue.

Targhee Fest is about great music, the culture and lifestyle of the mountains, great food and drink, the spirit of sustainability and the hospitality that reside in this jewel of a resort.

Started in 1987 Targhee Bluegrass is the Grand Daddy of Bluegrass Festivals in the Northern Rockies, combing great Bluegrass with the ultimate mountain lifestyle.

Grand Targhee Resort’s Bluegrass Festival has been a mainstay for Bluegrass aficionados for over two generations with stage appearances by artists and performers during that span that all Bluegrass Festivals envy.

During the week leading up to the festival, many of the stage performers and artists play host to a very unique camp and music teaching experience by attending the Targhee Music Camp.

You'll find tent or RV camping on-site, just a short hike to the venue. Enjoy all the activities at the Resort while on your stay.
